Affiliated Organizations

The masonic family includes a wide range of affiliate bodies. All of the organizations below are recognized by the brothers of our lodge as members of that family, though not all are freemasons.

The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, USA, is one of the three main bodies which require an applicant to be a Master Mason. This body confers a series of honorary degrees, and provides additional opportunity to practice the masonic virtue of charity.

The York Rite is another organization which a man may join upon receiving the third degree of Freemasonry. Like the Scottish Rite, it confers a series of honorary degrees, and provides further opportunity for charity.

Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine

The A.A.O.N.M.S., or "Shriners" as it's members are commonly known, is perhaps one of the most publicly recognized masonic bodies. You will find the members of this organization in their distinguishing red hats (Fez) at road blocks, the circus, and pretty much every where else, raising funds to support children's hospitals.
Eastern Star

Order of the Eastern Star

The Order of the Eastern Star is an organization which welcomes the ladies of the masonic community. Any woman who is the relative of a Master Mason in good standing may join their local Eastern Star chapter.

DeMolay

DeMolay is a young men's group for the male relatives of freemasons. DeMolay is an organization which seeks to encourage its members as they grow into outstanding men of society.
Job's Daughters

Job's Daughters

Job's Daughters is an organization similar in purpose to DeMolay, but with a focus on the young women of masonic families.
